Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Unit Details

Ortho unit has 30 beds; Med Surg has 37 beds
Usual patient ratio is 6:1
Float to inpatient units; may float with tasks in CCU and ED
Schedules are in 4-week increments
Full-time staff must work 4 weekend shifts per schedule
Meditech is used for documentation

Candidate Fit

All experience levels are welcome to apply
Must be willing to work hard, manage a patient load, work well with the team, and provide patient-centered care

Dress Code

Scrub top and scrub bottoms
No fleece, hoodies, sweatshirts, sweaters, denim, or camo
Long sleeve shirt under scrub top or scrub jacket is permitted
Shoes must not have holes
