Job Opportunity: CST/ORT - Operating Room

Location

• Kennewick, Washington
• Southeastern Washington, serving the Tri-Cities area (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland)
• Facility has 6 Operating Rooms equipped with Stryker equipment
• Patient population primarily adult (no pediatrics under certain weight)
• Electronic Health Record system: Paragon

Employment Type

• Travel assignment
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 40
• Call requirements: 1 weeknight per month, 1 weekend per month

Unit Profile

• Trauma Level: 3
• Operating Room department
• No current unit supervisor (position recruiting)

Required Qualifications

• Valid Certified Surgical Technologist license in Washington
• Certified Surgical Technologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Associate's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Skills in multiple surgical specialties as listed above

Additional Information

• Dress code: Scrubs provided (mint green)
• Unacceptable attire includes hoodies and sweatpants
• Call schedule includes weekend and weeknight coverage
• No float requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Must be located at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel assignment
