Travel PPV Registered Nurse (RN)

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Rotating weekend on-call required
Weekly hour guarantee: 30-40 hours

Patient Care Setting

Home Health

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients in home health settings
Communicate effectively with physicians and staff
Participate in weekly meetings
Take and follow medical orders

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Skills

Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) software
OASIS training

Additional Information

Mileage reimbursement provided between patient visits (from first to last patient)
Dress code: Black scrubs
