Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab

Location: Brooklyn, New York
Employment Type: Acute Nursing
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Shift: 5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week


Job Description

  • Provide nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
  • Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy.
  • Administer conscious sedation.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including experience within the last year
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Experience administering conscious sedation
  • Experience in cardiac nursing care
