Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab

Location: Brooklyn, New York
Employment Type: Acute Nursing
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Shift: 5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week

Job Description

Provide nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy.
Administer conscious sedation.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including experience within the last year
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience administering conscious sedation
Experience in cardiac nursing care
