Role Summary

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Kentucky
Cath Lab Technologist with 2 years of experience
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
ARRT
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Job Duties

Scrub and monitor

Schedule

Days, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Cases are typically scheduled 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Call is required on weeknights, weekends, and holidays
Call response time is 30 minutes
The supervisor makes the schedule

Float Scope

May occasionally float to other procedural areas based on census

Unit Details

Cath Lab
EP and IR are separate
Nurses may float between departments

Orientation

3 shifts of unit/department-specific orientation
