Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Location: Canton, Georgia
Shift: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

Work in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Special Care Nursery) providing care to neonates with medical and/or surgical problems.
The unit admits infants born onsite; transfers from other hospitals are evaluated individually.
Utilize equipment such as ophthalmic imaging systems, cardiac monitors, warmer beds, and isolettes.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Special Care Nursery or Neonatal Intensive Care.
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.

Notes

No local candidates available within 50 miles; travel candidates preferred.
