Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Illinois
• Telemetry (1 year of experience)
• Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted
• No pending license accepted
• Block scheduling not accommodated
• RTO limit: 7 days maximum
• Epic charting used
• Must complete facility orientation modules before start
• Drivers license or state ID required
• Photo for badge required
• Physical exam required within 1 year and updated annually
• Fit mask required within 1 year of start
• Tdap required within 2 business days of signing
• TB screening required within 2 business days of signing
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity documentation required within 2 business days of signing
• Drug screen required within 30 days of start
• Background check and employment verification required
• Skills checklist required for the unit and any floated units
