Assignment Details

Travel/contract role
13-week assignment
Day shift: 4x10s, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
40 guaranteed hours per week
Daily caseload: 8–11 patients
First-time travelers accepted
Local candidates accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Schedule / Work Expectations

No weekend requirement
No on-call requirement
No floating requirement
Blocked scheduling: Monday–Friday
RTO must be approved by the facility
