Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
• CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Required Certifications

• BLS
• State license verification
• National certification/verification, as applicable by profession and state

Compliance / Onboarding Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check within 1 year of start, covering all locations lived/worked/in school
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check upon hire
• HHS/OIG check upon hire
• BCI and FBI fingerprinting completed before start, with annual update
• Fingerprint clearance attestation/instructions required before start and updated annually
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement annually
• Competency exam, as applicable to profession/specialty
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable by profession
• 2 professional references within 2 years of start
• Skills checklist annually
• Radiation badge required for Cath lab assignments

Health Documentation

• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• TB questionnaire annually
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/documentation
• 9-panel drug screen within the last 12 months, including cotinine/nicotine
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical exemption during flu season
• COVID vaccination preferred if already received

Start Instructions

• Meet the manager in the main lobby at 7:30
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Comfortable shoes allowed; Crocs must have the back strap up and no holes
• Solid-color undershirt allowed
• Navy track jacket allowed
• Nails must be 1/4 length or shorter

• A passport-style badge photo is required
• Emergency contact and vehicle information must be completed
