Overview

Schedule

• Shift: Day, 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Rotation: Wednesday to Wednesday; 12-hour shifts on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday, then 4 hours on Saturday/Sunday
• Call: Wednesday night to Tuesday morning every other week; 3 to 4 nights per week and every other weekend

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Kansas
• CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ARRT (CT)
• Locals accepted at the same rate

Required Documents / Compliance

• Unexpired government-issued photo ID
• Background check within 1 year of start covering all locations lived/worked/in school for the past 7 years, with annual updates
• EPLS/GSA/SAM verification upon hire
• HHS/OIG verification upon hire
• Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement
• Primary source state license verification prior to facility start and upon expiration
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• TB questionnaire
• Drug screen within the last 12 months of start
• 2 professional references within 3 years of start
• Skills checklist

Health Requirements

• Measles, mumps, and rubella immunity or vaccination documentation
• Hepatitis B immunity, vaccination, or declination
• Varicella immunity, vaccination, or history of chicken pox
• Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption on the facility-specific form
