Job info

Labor and Delivery RN

Schedule

  • Day shift, 3x12 hours
  • 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Weekend coverage required per unit needs, typically every other weekend
  • On-call required: 1 shift every 6 weeks

Experience

  • 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
  • First-time travelers accepted if the fit and experience requirements are met

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Colorado
  • Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
  • Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure issued by American Heart Association
  • EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Work Setting

  • May float within scope to like units and, if needed, to sister facilities within the North region

Additional Details

  • Charting system: EPIC
  • Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4
  • Scrubs provided
