Overview

• Travel/contract role in Illinois
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• 36 hours per week
• Assignment is based in offsite clinics rotating between 3 locations in the area

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Illinois
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS, if applicable to the specific RN/unit assignment
• CPI for ER clinical candidates
• NIH Stroke Certification, if applicable
• Drivers License/State ID
• 2 references
• Current resume covering the last 7 years of employment
• Work history verification covering 7 years of employment
• Skills checklist for the traveler’s unit and any units they may float to
• Background check
• Education verification
• NURSYS verification
• Physical exam within 1 year and updated annually
• Fit mask within 1 year of start
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 2 business days of signing contract
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 2 business days of signing contract
• Drug test within 30 days of start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/vaccination documentation within 2 business days of signing contract
• Photo for badge
• Facility orientation modules before clearance/start

Preferred

• TNCC
• NRP for Nursery, NICU, and L&D
• PALS for specific RN/unit positions
• EFM for L&D
