Job Opportunity: RN Emergency Department Mid Shift

Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
Schedule: Every other weekend plus holidays

Job Description

Registered Nurse for Emergency Department, mid shift coverage.
Requires 2 years of acute care experience.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maryland.
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, including experience within the last year.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Valid Driver’s License.
Acute Care nursing experience.

Additional Information

Must complete signed assignment agreement prior to onboarding.
Color vision test completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
Badge photo required (forward-facing headshot with white or blue background, no filters).
Confirmation of assignment and contract worker onboarding completed onsite.
Skills checklist to be completed within one year of start and updated annually.
Annual updates required for drug screen, criminal background check, employment verification, and health screenings.
Extensions require updated documentation and re-certifications as applicable.

Important Notes

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
Telemetry (Tele) is not part of this role.
Flu vaccine is optional; declinations accepted but mask wearing required during flu season.
No pay or billing information included.
