Role Summary
Acute care physical therapist covering medicine, surgical, and emergency services.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration
- Fit test for N95 within 365 days of start date and updated annually
- Respirator medical clearance attestation, if fit test is required for the skill
- MMR documentation or proof of immunity
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
- Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA within 365 days of start date
- Criminal background check
- Massachusetts CORI check
- Education verification
- SSN trace
- National sex offender check
- Exclusion checks
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form
- Beeline attestation

- Chest X-ray documentation if prior TB testing was positive
