Required qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification from NBSTSA or NCCT
- 1 year of Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
- OB (obstetric) experience
- Resume with the past 7 years of work experience
- 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
Onboarding requirements
- Color headshot photo taken within the past 6 months
- N95 fit test completed within 365 days of start date and updated annually
- Respirator Medical Clearance attestation
- MMR documentation or proof of immunity
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
- Physician statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA within 365 days of start date
- Criminal background check
- Massachusetts CORI check
- Education verification
- SSN trace
