Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia
Shift: 12-hour Nights (7 PM - 7 AM)
Hours per Week: 36
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for very high acuity patients, including neonates from 22 weeks gestation and older.
- Care involves intensive therapies such as:
- Total body cooling
- Conventional ventilator support up to High Frequency Oscillator Ventilation
- Inhaled nitric oxide administration
- Vasopressor and sedation continuous IV drips
- Central line maintenance
- Neonatal resuscitation
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license appropriate for the state of Georgia.
- Experience in NICU nursing with high acuity neonatal patients.
Additional Notes
- No local candidates available within 50 miles, indicating a need for travel or relocation.
- Schedule and shift times may vary but primarily 12-hour night shifts.
