Registered Nurse (Operating Room) - Travel Position

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36

Unit Information

Operating Room with 10 ORs, part of a 330-bed hospital
Approximately 50 staff members
Day Shift staffed by RNs, STs, UAs; Night Shift covered by call team
Patient ratio: 1:1
Equipment includes DaVinci Robot, Endovascular Suite, Neurospine microscope, hysteroscopy pump
Electronic Medical Record system: Altera

Typical Procedures

Orthopedics (including total joints)
Robotics
General Surgery
Gynecology
Urology
Vascular and Endovascular procedures
Basic cranial/neuro procedures

Work Schedule & Call

Assigned stay-late call during the week
Occasional overnight call on Fridays and Saturdays
Holiday coverage as needed (PRN)

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Hampshire
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ACLS certification
BLS certification
Experience in Orthopedics
Experience in Urology
Experience in Neurology

Preferred Experience

Orthopedics, total joints, general surgery, robotics, basic endovascular skills, urology
Neuro experience preferred for call coverage
