Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- STABLE
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NRP
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Perinatal RN Residency or recent experience in a perinatal setting
Onboarding / Training
- New hires must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days
- New hires complete organizational entry competency validation and a Perinatal Services-specific competency validation
- Annual competency verification is required
