**Job Description:**

- **Position:** MLT Generalist
- **Start Date:** ASAP (Please include in your submission)
 
- **Shift Details:**
 - **Nights:** Every Monday from 6 PM to 6 AM
 - **Days:** Two Mid Shifts from 11 AM to 11 PM (Days TBD)
 
- **Key Information:**
 - **No Call Requirements**
 - **No Floating or Block Scheduling**
 - **No 48-Hour Shifts**
 - **RTO Blackout:** Holidays are rotated
 
- **Requirements:**
 - Must be a certified MLT
 - Proficient in:
 - Hematology
 - Coagulation
 - Urinalysis
 - Blood Bank
 - Serology
 - Microbiology
 - Chemistry
 - Minimum 6 months of relevant experience

- **Additional Details:**
 - Dress Code: Scrubs in Gray or Black
 - EMR System: Cerner
 - Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
 
- **Submission Checklist:**
