Job Overview

Travel RN position in Indianapolis, Indiana
Specialty: Pre- and post-op ambulatory surgery
Contract length: 13 weeks
Weekly guaranteed hours: 40
Shift schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts per week; days vary
Call: Minimal, with late stay Monday-Friday if needed
Weekend shifts: None unless needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
OR - Operating Room (3 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
ACLS
PALS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preoperative experience
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience

Unit Details

20-bed unit
Patient ratio: 1:1 pre-op, 3:1 post-op
Handles general, colorectal, GYN, urology, uro-gyn, bariatric, and ortho surgery patients

Work Environment

Fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Additional Notes

Hospital scrubs are provided
Outside jackets are not allowed in the procedural area
