Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer

Location: Winchester, Virginia Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Unit: Ultrasound (Radiology) Unit Beds: 495

Schedule

Shifts: Fri, Sat & Sun, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. (3x12s)
Orientation: First week, Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekends: Every Saturday & Sunday
On-Call: None

Required Qualifications

Ultrasound Technologist experience (2 years of experience)
Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
BLS certification
ARRT certification (RDMS AB)
Experience working with OB-GYN patients
Experience in an outpatient setting

Role Scope

Daily Caseload: 10-15
Patient Ages: Neonates, Infant, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
Competency: General imaging ultrasound, including thyroid and venous extremity exams
Dress Code: Caribbean Blue scrubs
