Scheduling Requirements

Weekend Shifts: 4 weekend shifts per 28-day schedule
Holiday Rotation: Yes
Floating Policy: Staff may float to other units as needed

Patient Experience Requirements

Patient Experience Target: 72% (utilizing communication boards)

Required Skills and Certifications

RN License: Required
Certifications: BLS
