• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend

• Float Requirements: Yes – may float as 2nd nurse to Telemetry and Emergency Department
• Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
• Patient Ratios: 6:1 up to 7:1
• Number of Beds: 22 beds per unit (3rd and 5th floors)
• EHR System: MEDITECH (experience preferred)
• Certifications Required: BLS, NIH
• Education Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (RN)
• Years of Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in specialty

• Facility is Joint Commission Accredited with services including cancer care, cardiac care, orthopedics, imaging, and surgical services.
• Orientation is bi-weekly.

Summary

This travel RN position in Med Surg requires at least 2 years of experience, BLS and NIH certifications, and the ability to float to Telemetry and ED as needed. Candidates with MEDITECH experience are preferred. The role offers 12-hour shifts with every other weekend coverage and no call requirements. The facility serves adult and geriatric patients with patient ratios ranging from 6:1 to 7:1.
