Hiring Profile
- Must Have Skills/Experience:
- 2 years of operating room experience
- Travel experience
- Preferred Skillset/Experience:
- 3+ years of OR experience
- Strong skills in high acuity surgical patients
- Type of Patients on Unit:
- Neuro-spine/cranial
- Orthopedic (including robotics/arthroscopic)
- Thoracic and Vascular (complex)
- Transplant
- ENT/Radical Neck procedures (complex)
- Personality Fit:
- Very flexible and adaptable
- Willing to learn and do whatever is asked
- Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to move across service lines
