Job Opportunity: Nuclear Med Tech - Nuclear Medicine
Location: Farmington, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel
Facility Overview
- Level III trauma center with 198 beds
- Services include medical, surgical, rehabilitation, childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology, pediatrics, inpatient behavioral health, day surgery, imaging, and lab testing
- Advanced imaging equipment including GE 5 ring PET/CT, GE Hawkeye SPECT/CT, and upcoming GE 830 SPECT Camera
- Electronic Health Record system: Cerner
- Patient population includes cardiac, bone, and gallbladder cases
Position Details
- Specialty: Nuclear Medicine / PET-CT
- Role: ARRT (N) Certified Nuclear Med Tech
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Weekly Hours: 40 (no weekend hours)
- Call Requirements: Yes
- Float Requirements: Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT
Requirements
- Years of Experience: 2 years in Nuclear Medicine (higher value taken)
- Certifications:
- ARRT (N) certification required
- Nuclear Medicine – PET recommended
- New Mexico state license required
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program
- Skills:
- IV access
- Post-processing procedures
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
