6CD - Med Surg Cardiac RN

Overview

Role: Med Surg Cardiac RN
Location: Fargo, North Dakota
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour day/night rotate
Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday
Unit: 6CD, a 32-bed unit
Float scope: May float to any med/surg unit at any of the 3 Sanford Medical Centers in Fargo
Patient ratio: 4-5:1 on day shift; 5-6:1 on night shift

Required Qualifications

2 years of recent MS experience
Active ND or Compact RN license
BLS certification from AHA
NIHSS certification, or willingness to obtain it before start
Experience in a large hospital setting with 250+ beds
Experience with EPIC

Preferred

Cardiac experience

Additional Notes

Travelers within 60 miles of the facility are not accepted
Travelers living 60 to 80 miles from the facility are subject to a reduced local travel rate
Clinicians must badge in and out
Scrub color: Navy Blue
If previously worked for Sanford Health, there must be an end date at least 6 months before submission
