Job Overview

Seeking a Nurse Manager for Labor & Delivery with the ability to provide bedside care or cover Charge RN duties as needed. This role involves staff management, maintaining department standards, and driving performance improvement.

Required Qualifications

Nursing degree
Oregon nursing license (exception license possible)
BLS Certification

Responsibilities

Manage staff and oversee department operations
Ensure adherence to department standards
Lead performance improvement initiatives
Provide bedside nursing care or cover Charge RN shifts when necessary

Position includes a salaried role with a 40-hour weekly guarantee
