Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - RCIS)
Location: Beloit, Wisconsin
Contract Length: 26 weeks (approximately 6 months)
Shift: Days
Hours: 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Call: 1-2 nights per week and every 3-4 weekends
Orientation: 1-2 days, in-person and on-unit, includes testing

Scrub, circulate, and monitor during procedures
Assist in ambulatory bay and inpatient bedside procedures as needed
Assist with electrophysiology (EP) procedures, including ICD and pacemaker placement
Use equipment such as Siemens fluoroscopy, angiojet, balloon pump, Impella, and merge hemodynamics
No floating to other units; work is not in rotation with permanent staff

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Wisconsin
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
Recent Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification via Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Hospital will perform a physical and drug screen on the first day
Beloit, WI is challenging for travelers with pets, especially large ones; housing should be checked prior to placement
