Skilled Nursing experience

Role Details

Works in the SNF service
Reports to the DON
Provides individualized nursing care for residents
Works under the direction of the charge RN to provide nursing care to acute patients
May assist nursing staff in other departments when needed and qualified
May work beyond normal hours and temporarily in other positions when necessary
