Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Arizona
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • 4 years of Labor and Delivery experience
  • Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • AWHONN
  • C-EFM
  • STABLE
  • NRP

Assignment Notes

  • No more than 3 days of requested time off may be taken per 13-week contract.
  • Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment, and guaranteed hours will not apply.
