Job Summary

Seeking a Radiologic Technologist with Cath Lab experience. Non-licensed cath lab techs are not accepted for this role. The position involves performing diagnostic radiographic exams, interventional procedures, and maintaining IV and contrast competency. The role requires adherence to protocols for patient positioning, exposure control, and radiation safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic exams and interventional procedures per established protocols.
• Utilize PACS and EMR systems effectively.
• Maintain IV and contrast competency.
• Follow radiation protection and exposure control procedures.
• Communicate clearly with patients and healthcare team members.
• Clean and inspect departmental equipment and stock imaging rooms.
• Perform office duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Current Illinois Radiologic Technologist license.
• Cath Lab experience is mandatory.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
