Job Summary

The Clinical Staff Educator provides education and instruction focused on clinical staff, acting as a resource for healthcare education and training programs. This role supports the development of educational programs in collaboration with department managers and clinical nurse coordinators. The position involves using simulation training with mannequins and software and working closely with the Quality Management team to promote continuous improvement and identify educational opportunities.

• Evaluate programs and participant learning, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle information appropriately.
• Foster teamwork and effective communication.

• Support hospital mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in required education related to DNV programs.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Licenses & Certifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• CNOR certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of faculty experience, including within the last year.

Contract Length

• 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
