Provide specialized nursing care using knowledge from biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on a culturally and age-specific model.
Adhere to the American Nursing Association (ANA) code of ethics and Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
Work in a fast-paced, high-acuity adult cardiac care and complex internal medicine emergency department with an all-RN nursing staff.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including emergency medicine physicians, trauma surgeons, physician assistants, and social workers.
Utilize excellent critical thinking skills in a high-pressure environment.

Valid RN license in Ohio
Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience, with recent ED experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification

33-bed emergency department specializing in adult cardiac care and complex internal medicine
High acuity patient population requiring advanced nursing skills and judgment
