Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado
Telemetry experience within the last year
1 year of telemetry experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS
NRP
PALS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Unit- or service-appropriate certification, if applicable

Job Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
Provide health teaching and counseling
Deliver supportive and restorative therapy and treatment
Execute delegated medical functions
Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed
Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans
Document care according to hospital and regulatory guidelines
Float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications as needed
Be available for on-call assignment during a regularly scheduled shift
