Job Details
- Shift: 4x10 hour shifts, Dayshift (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
- On-Call Requirement: Yes, 10 shifts per month including weekends
- Schedule Flexibility: Block schedule may be discussed
- Locals Accepted: Yes
- Pending State License: Accepted if application is submitted
- Holiday Requirement: Must work 1 winter holiday
- Guaranteed Hours:
- 8 and 10 hour shifts: 40 hours/week
- 3 twelve-hour shifts: 36 hours/week
- 4 twelve-hour shifts: 48 hours/week
Specialty & Experience
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Required Experience: Strong experience with intervention and performing STEMI (ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction) procedures is a hard requirement
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using Electrophysiology (EP) devices
- First Time Travelers: Accepted
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Indiana
- Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT(R) (Registered Radiologic Technologist) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Strong experience with intervention procedures
- Experience performing STEMI (ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction) procedures
- Comfortable using Electrophysiology (EP) devices
Additional Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License or Passport (clear copy)
- Background checks including 7 years of work/living history, education verification, and various federal/state screenings
- Physical exam within 12 months of start date
- Fit mask test within 12 months (N95 or approved respirators)
- Immunizations and health screenings including:
- TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
- Varicella vaccination or positive titer
- Hepatitis B series, titer, or signed declination
- Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption (seasonal requirement)
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months
- Completion of facility-specific orientation and compliance forms prior to start
- Must complete medication/pharmacology competency exam and unit competency exam
- Minimum of 2 professional references from recent employment (within 2 years)
