Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- First time travelers accepted.
- Call requirement: On call every 3rd or 4th weekend starting Friday 5:30 PM through Monday 7:00 AM.
- Must be proficient in both peripheral vascular and neuro vascular interventional radiology (IR).
- Technologist responsibilities include scrubbing both peripheral and neuro cases such as stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephrograms, drainages, vascular studies, venous access, neurological studies, and more.
- Department has 4 IR rooms with Siemens single and biplane C-arms.
- Cases include Level 1 trauma, pulmonary embolism, stroke, vascular and neuro interventions (angiograms, embolizations, nephrostomy, IVC filter placement, thrombectomy, stent placements, central line insertions).
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Indiana.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist, including experience within the last year.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Registered Technologist certification (ARRT).
