Physical Therapist

Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in Grangeville, Idaho
• Outpatient-focused physical therapy with some inpatient coverage
• 40 hours per week
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Rotating weekends, less than once per month
• Two clinic locations: Grangeville and Kooskia, about 25 miles apart

Patient Population

• General degenerative conditions
• Post-surgical cases
• Workers’ compensation cases
• Trauma cases across all ages
• Some wound care, if certified

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Idaho
• 2 clinical references
• Government-issued photo ID
• Proof of E-Verify or attestation
• Background check covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Initial physical exam
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
• Tdap vaccination or declination
• COVID vaccination series or declination
• Seasonal flu vaccination or declination
• 9-panel drug screen within the last 12 months
• HealthStream training before start
• Skills checklist
• Complete application/resume

Additional Notes

• Wound care may be part of the role if the clinician is certified
• Rotating weekends are infrequent
