Bilateral tubal ligation
Dilation & Curettage
Vaginal hysterectomy
Arthroscopy
Closed/Open reduction of fractures
Total hip replacement
Total knee replacement
Gynecologic robotic surgery
Cystoscopy
Nephrectomy
Prostatectomy
Transurethral resection of the prostate

Scheduling Notes

All RTO must be submitted upfront
RTO after offer will not be approved
Traveler is responsible for covering additional shifts
Call-out / call-off policy: 3 shifts per 13 weeks
