Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Midland, Texas
• 17-week contract
• Day shift: 5x8 hours, 6:00–14:30
• 40 hours per week
• Call is required
• Start date within the next 3–4 weeks is preferred

Required Qualifications

• CVOR Technologist with 1 year of experience
• CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• State License 1 Verification
• Tech Cert Verification - National
• 2 references within 3 years of start
• Resume/Application copy
• Skills Checklist 1
• Government-issued photo ID
• E-Verify or attestation
• Background check
• 10-year criminal background check within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG within 30 days of start
• Texas DPS Criminal History Search within 30 days prior to start
• Texas Employee Misconduct Registry Results within 30 days of start
• Texas DADS Employability Status Check within 30 days prior to start
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 30 days of start
• Drug testing within 30 days of start

• Fit mask / N95 fit test within 1 year of start

• Facility requires annual renewal for some compliance items
