Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Seattle, Washington
- Start date: 10/26 or 11/16
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
- Required to work all scheduled shifts; no scheduling requests outside approved RTO
- No on-call
- Every other weekend required
- Locals accepted
- Pending license not accepted; compact license accepted with requirements
- May float within scope to other ICU units and boarder areas
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with ventilator management
- Experience with conscious or moderate sedation
- Proficiency in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- IV start
- ICP
- PA lines
- Level 1 trauma experience
Unit / Patient Population
- RN / 7MB MCICU Med/CORICU
- Ratios: Days 1:2, Nights 1:3
- Patient mix: 70% medical patients and 30% cardiology patients

- First-time travelers may be screened to manager if they have strong experience
- Epic charting
- Pyxis medication system
- Magnet, Teaching, Level I trauma facility
- 500 staffed beds
