Overview
- Travel/contract role in Albuquerque, New Mexico
- Day shift: 4x12 hours, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Weekly hours: 48
- Option of 36 or 48 hours per week
- Unit is an ER Holding unit with medical-surgical level of care
- Ratios: 1:4
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Mexico
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- 1 year of Med Surg experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
- NIHSS
Additional Requirements
- Drivers license or state ID
- E-Verify attestation for sub candidates
- Background check, education verification, and work history verification
- Fingerprinting completed onsite during orientation for New Mexico placements
- Clear headshot for badge
- Signed fingerprint consent form before start
- Employee vehicle registration form before start
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Fit test within 1 year of start
- Tdap within 10 years of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- TB questionnaire if prior TB results are positive
- Drug screen within 90 days of start
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- Unit-specific skills checklist annually

- Travelers may attend orientation and training before fingerprint clearance, but cannot work on the unit until clearance is received
