Preference for close to 2 years of experience

Work Expectations

Floating is required
May float to NICU, PICU, ED, stepdown, and MS as needed
Must comply with facility float expectations

Compliance / Onboarding

Government-issued photo ID required within 24–48 hours of signing
Background check, fingerprinting, education verification, and multiple state/federal registry searches are required before start
Physical exam, TB screening, drug screen, flu documentation, MMR, hepatitis B, varicella, Tdap, and fit testing are required as part of onboarding
Unit-specific skills checklist required and updated annually
