Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
1 year of Med Surg experience
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Onboarding Requirements

Resume with the past 7 years of work experience
2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
License/certification verification within 30 days of start date
FEMA ICS 100 training
Background checks and screenings required before start, including criminal background check, Massachusetts CORI, SSN trace, national sex offender check, and exclusion checks
Education verification
Confirmation of assignment/POI form
Beeline attestation
Fit test and respirator medical clearance, if required for the skill
Color vision screening
MMR documentation or proof of immunity
TB screening
Health statement
Housing agreement if staying in provided housing
