Job Details
- Employment Type: Long Term
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, AM shift
- Guaranteed 40-hour work week
- Coverage area includes multiple counties within approximately a 60-mile radius
- Average caseload: 4-6 visits per day
- Productivity expectations: 28-32 points per week (based on visit types and documentation)
Job Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Experience with Homecare Homebase
Additional Information
- Overtime requires pre-approval
- Two weeks cancellation notice required
