• 12-hour day shifts
• Every other weekend
• Holiday coverage required
• No call

Unit Overview

• 28-bed neuro-focused PCU/Med Surg unit
• Patient population includes neuro, trauma, and ortho cases
• Floating required to sister medical-surgical units

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• 2 years of Stepdown experience
• Stepdown experience within the last year
• Med Surg experience
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
• Intravenous drip titration experience
• Home tracheostomy and ventilator experience
• Neuro Trauma experience

Additional Notes

• Open to first-time travelers
• Self-scheduling is used
• Any solid-color scrubs are allowed
• Clinicians must clock in and out at the facility
• If previously worked at this facility, there must be an end date at least 6 months before submission
