• Specialty: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) RN
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days
• Hours per day: 12-hour shifts
• Hours per week: 36 hours
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday requirement: Every other holiday
• Facility size: 46 beds
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:46 with a Medication Aide available
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: PointClickCare (PCC)
• Location-specific orientation provided

Patient Population and Care

• Common diagnoses: Dementia/Memory Loss, Wound Care, IV therapy, Rehabilitation Therapy
• IV certification required for LPNs (note for team context)

Required Qualifications

• Active state RN license for North Dakota
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in LTC/SNF specialty
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Charge nurse experience
• Experience with PointClickCare EMR system

Additional Notes

• No on-call or call-back shifts available or billable
• Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a $500 fee
• Weekend and holiday coverage is every other occurrence
• 12-hour day shifts only
