Role summary

Float RN responsible for working across the Medical Care Unit, Post Surgical Unit, and Intermediate Care Unit/PCU.
Provides nursing care within the RN scope of practice, including patient teaching, documentation, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
Must be flexible and able to adapt to rapidly changing patient and unit needs.

Required qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Float experience within the last year
2 years of float experience
Experience in a hospital setting
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience

Additional notes

Certifications do not need to be active at time of submission, but the worker must be willing to obtain them.
COVID vaccination is no longer required.
