Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in Hazleton, Pennsylvania
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13-week assignment
• Rehab unit

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS

Compliance and Pre-Start Requirements

• Background check covering all locations lived or worked in the past 7 years
• Pennsylvania state-specific screenings and fingerprinting
• Employment application with 7 years of complete work history and explanations for gaps over 90 days
• Physical exam within 2 months of start
• Drug screening within 60 days of start
• TB clearance
• COVID-19 documentation or declination
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption
• Tdap within 10 years of start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation
• Respirator clearance and fit testing
• Signed facility documents prior to start
