Job Overview
- Location: Lansing, Michigan
- Employment type: Travel/Contract

- Schedule: Every 5th weekend required

Key Responsibilities
- Home health nursing
- Proficiency with PICC lines, ports, tracheostomy care, and PleurX
- Patient education
- Familiarity with Medicare guidelines related to home care
- Completion of OASIS documentation
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Home Health experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Proficiency with PICC lines
- Proficiency with Port access
- Proficiency with tracheostomy care
- Proficiency with Pleurx catheters
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines related to home care
- Experience with Epic
