Job Overview

Location: Hazard, Kentucky

Shift: Day, 12-hour shifts
Weekly hours: 36
Schedule notes: Every other weekend required; blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated
Patient population: Adults, with potential for pediatric patients
Float requirement: Float within scope of practice

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Kentucky
Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License

Preferred Experience

Previous LTAC experience

Additional Considerations

Candidate must reside at least 75 miles from the facility
Driver’s license is required for submission
Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of offer
Orientation is bi-weekly
